Ballantine Bo’ness have supplied the G.P.O with post boxes throughout the UK for the last ten years.

We are responsible for the single post boxes that adorn many street corners throughout the UK and also the larger double post-boxes in more highly populated areas.

The red British post-box has a developed an almost ‘cult like’ status as a national symbol – indeed we also used to make the phone booths that fit into the same category – and we are grateful for the opportunity to keep this heritage alive. We have to thank the G.P.O for retaining the cast iron post boxes so synonymous with Britain’s rich cast iron history.
